The Security Industry Authority is the government organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry. It is an independent body reporting to the Home Secretary, under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Their mission is to regulate the private security industry effectively; to reduce criminality, raise standards and recognise quality service.
Our SIA licensed guards are trained not just in the security services, but also in customer awareness, communication and assessment skills. We carefully monitor and continually improve our performance.
Our security contracts are personally overseen by one of our directors to consistently exceed customer expectations. Each assignment is carefully assessed by highly trained, experienced staff so that the customer only pays for the level of expertise they require.
All our employees undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before the are SIA licensed and hired by us. DBS checks are used to detect criminal convictions before job candidates are hired and represent our company. This is crucial in order to protect the businesses and individuals within our care, and to maintain our reputation and integrity.
